Brother 2 and 10 Spool Thread Stands
Brother Thread Stands fit onto your machine and have a telescopic branch to help deliver threads smoothly into your machine. If you need one for 5,000M cones choose the 2 spool, if you use smaller ones up to 1,000M mini king then consider a 10 spool stand.

How does contamination make the thread pull easier? Would be the opposite
Can this be used with WOF binding?
Is there a Brother 2 spool stand for the larger spools that sits behind the machine?
Thank you
Thank you … it worked …
I never could get the wire that flips off to do that so that I could get to the wire. I was able to push it back but it just would not release. so still no threader I had no problem getting the threader to be where I needed it
Help. My machine is catching my self threaded when it sees. How do I fix it. It’s a Brother machine. Thank you.
One hundred million times thank you!!! I have a very old sewing machine, so it opens completely differently and the tension disks look a bit different. But after playing with different tensions (what other videos suggest) and not solving the problem, I found your video and what you talk about was exactly the problem. Found some thread and fluff stuck there. Thank you!
Brilliant thank you.
my top thread bunches under the embroidery, and absolutely no bobbin thread is being used. this all occurred after trying to embroider a hat (using a hat hoop), resulted in a few broken needles and jams. cleaned up the debris and broken tips, but ever since then, the machine has been nesting and jamming.
This video has just stopped me from completely raging out at my machine. I "thought" my bobbin case was clean and empty... BUT NO, right down under that spring was the tiniest bit of lint which I managed to get out with a spare needle. I would have literally been going round in circles had I not watched this video. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
Thanks very much I'm satisfied
Thank you so much!! This fixed my machine!!
Anyone know on here why my threader won't thread despite it being a new one 🙈I have even taken it off and put it back on again I don't know why it won't thread it,. I could cry right now 😭😭
Thank you for a great tutorial and an unhurried explanation. Very informative. Million of thanks!
Thank you so much. My threader stopped working and I could not work out why. Finding your video enabled me to fix it 🤩
You saved me!!!! My top thread was looping every 5-8 stitches so I knew it was catching on something. Sure enough, I could feel a little knock with my fingernail along the hook tip. Amazing solution❤
Thank you! My Baby Lock Ballad is less than two years old! My needle threader made a little clicking noise and yes! It won't thread the needle! I am not sure I'm comfortable doing this repair - but I'm sure if I take it to the shop I will be charged $135 for initial and another $$$ for a new one!
I’m having a hard time finding the screw that attaches the spring to the back.
But how to start and finish without raw edges?
Zipper foot low shank
I have felting machine I bought when it first came out. I hardly ever used it. There was never any ideas like you have done. Thank you for showing how to do a design.
Wow, I was able to see my little threader hook, adjusted it slightly.... wasn't even sure if I had really done anything....but it worked! Thanks so much.
Thank you so so much thank you from here to the moon and back, i was struggling with this for almost a month!!!! I don’t believe that I fixed it!

Really good video. My XE2 came with really tight bobbin tension. On lettering I could not see any bobbin thread at all.
This is a brilliant video thank you, my machine is just chewing up my thread and snapping needles for fun. Do you have any ideas what it could be please 🙏
This was so helpful. You helped me troubleshoot as to why my Janome needle threader was not 😢working. It’s fixed thank you.🙏
Thanks so much!❤
Thank you, I recently had my dream machine serviced and now it’s not working properly. I think it’s the wrong size bobbin case inside.
Thank goodness I found your video! I’m about to lose my mind putting that little spring back every time I change threads! I, going to try this tomorrow! THANK YOU!!!
Thank you so much for posting this! I was baffled about how to fix the spring in thread guide 6. I really really appreciate you taking the time to record this!
that spring on needle guide above no. 6 has broken off completely how can i fix it thread keeps jumping off
'Ive had a continuous issues with my pressure foot lever falling down and when move it up and down there's no pressure. Anyone know how to fix this problem? Or fighting up the lever that lifts bar up and down. It's feels lose. It has no snap to it like it use to brother se1900 will not embroidery or sew the bar won't even come down far enough to snap on sewing foot I know I should take it to a shop but no way I can afford it. There's only one shop in area and one person who can work on these.. there's 43 machines waiting. I have to pay 75 just to leave it then 8 to 10 week wait.. plus labor and parts . So I am trying to fix it myself
My needle is in and my machine wont thread but this is in the correct spot, do you have any suggestions? Im having a hard time finding anything on it
Can you tell me where the bobbin sensor is on a janome 400e please.
Fantastic video, thank you so much this really helped me!!!!!
Thank you. That's really helpfull.
Thank you for your generosity in teaching us how to take care of our machines, Keith.
Hi what speed setting do we use for embroidery plz
Every video I have seen on this foot is with hard, coarse fabrics, so it goes through without a hitch, because soft fabrics don't go through it - they jam or lose shape before they are stitched. I bought one and it is a nightmare for anything else.
Very useful. I am researching this for a sewing group. I wonder if that burr on the shuttle race (that holds the bobbin case) hook is caused by needle timing being off? I'd love to know. Many thanks on this excellent video!
That’s a small possibility but if that was the case there would probably be other indications in stitch quality. The burr could be caused by the needle position being set too close to the hook causing the hook to hit the needle constantly, which is an engineer adjustment. Most likely it’s a single occurrence where an event during embroidery or sewing caused the needle to bend when penetrating dense stitching or fabric and was hit by the hook. The event is usually a one off and deburring the hook stops the shredding, if the needle-to-hook clearance is out then a trained and trusted technician is advisable for the correct adjustment.
Thanks for this, I was able to use tiny tweezers to bend the hook so that it goes through the needle! I had been trying to push the hook back into it's original position and hadn't considered bending the tip of the hook
How do I know what is straight? I keep trying but not sure where it has to be and its not threading? TY
Thank you so much for this video. I just managed to fix my needle threader :D
After watching your video I was able to fix my Brother INNOV-IS 2600. The fault was caused by a few bits of cotton stuck in between the pressure plates. 😁 Thank you.
Really appreciate someone actually explaining how to use, and not just annoying music.
Excellent people.
Thank you thank you so much. I just couldn’t figure it out and. Guess what I had the wrong bobbin in. I’ve for an explanation and I got it. Thank you.
